Medina International is a foundation that was created by a cohesive Muslim entity dedicated to better serving communities in need throughout the world. The Foundation is inviting individuals and groups from all beliefs and background to gather efforts and join us in the global fight against poverty.

      Helping people and different communities in need is the very definition of our mission and have been Medina International Foundation's only purpose and activity since its creation and recognition by the State of Ohio as a nonprofit organization. Our Foundation focuses on societal, health, educational and environmental problems that severely affect poor populations which constitute nearly over two thirds of the world population. Etymologically speaking, Medina International folds and symbolizes an entire civilization as well as a deeply rooted history. Indeed Medina has long been known to be a city of Solidarity and Union and is also widely accepted to be the quintessence of human societies. Let us also mention that Medina was the peaceful city that offered refuge to the Prophet of Islam Muhammad (peace be upon him) when he exiled from Mecca.

        The choice of naming our Foundation “Medina” is an effort in our member's part to promote in the foundation a sense of Work, Union, Solidarity and Love for one another which the founders thought to be essential to the foundation's character and peaceful agenda. Mutual aid can help restore the sense of humanity in the world. The founders envisioned an energetic organization that would demonstrate its goodwill through actions rather than political speeches, but would also convey what the world should ideally be. Above all differences and beliefs, a solid link for the entire world population, one single structure committed to the same values and standards;

one planetary village, ONE WORLD.

        One can easily see that Medina International foundation aims to be a planetary village regardless of race, religion, background or political affiliations actively working in helping the less fortunate. We are inviting each and everyone of the world citizens to join our cause and along with us make a step forward by assisting poor populations, providing a relief for suffering populations mainly children and women in third world countries and help facilitate human relations in the world. I am just one person but I am unique. I cannot do it all but I can do something about it. I will not postpone until tomorrow what I can do today”.
